Bringing his extensive building experience, certifications, licences and skills, Rick joined the Percival Property team in 2011 for a change in career. Rick is a licenced real estate agent. Rick moved to the Hastings in 2009 to build a house for his family, and enjoys the climate compared to the Melbourne weather. He has been competing in triathlons for over 30 years and has completed 13 Ironman races.
